This past weekend Stephen and I attended the Chestnut Ridge Vendor Christmas Party! I am a huge lover of Christmas, so of course JUMPED at the chance to go to a party celebrating one of my favorite things. Chestnut Ridge is a wedding venue located in the mountains of Canton that was launched this fall. Taylor and Preston (the owners) got married on the property 5 years ago and from that point on began their dream of sharing CR with other couples on their wedding days. I’m not sure if many people know this, but I am actually a preferred vendor at Chestnut Ridge and I am looking forward to shooting there TONS in 2018. Taylor and Preston have thought of everything that couples could possibly want in their venue and how much they love weddings truly shows: Chestnut Ridge is timeless.
They have assembled the most amazing team at Chestnut Ridge and many of them contributed to the amazing party this past Friday. Dottie from Inspired Design of NC made the beautiful wreaths. Farm Burger provided delicious finger foods and 50/Fifty-The Art of Dessert provided amazing apple pies on a stick (which I couldn’t eat because no gluten for me, but they looked really REALLY good). Cordial & Craft made the drinks and I loved the festive touches they put into crafting them. The talented Bethany, from Joy Unscripted did all the signage and calligraphy for the party and it looked TO DIE FOR. The tree in the middle of the room was REAL…it was lovely and smelled so heavenly.
It isn’t often that I get the chance to get all dolled up for something, so I went all out and had the most handsome date to match! Special thanks to AE Studios who styled my hair and Jessica Britt Makeup for bringing my Christmas glam look to life.
